Fiscal responsibility is an expectation, not an option. As the national economy faces continued uncertainty due to policies outside our local control, we must prepare for the difficult economic years ahead.

• The Strategic Roadmap: I will bring a structured, data-driven approach to our city’s future by collaboratively developing a strategic plan tied to our budget. This initiative will prioritize key city projects and assign accountable timelines, ensuring our limited resources are utilized with maximum efficiency and community-wide consensus.

• Leveraging Partnerships: We will continue to build on the outstanding efforts already underway to secure grant funding. By partnering with state, federal, and non-profit agencies, we can direct alternative funding and grants to special projects, ensuring local tax dollars remain dedicated to essential services and other top priorities determined by our community.

• Economic Diversification: While we continue to support the events and visitors that drive our current economy, we must also aggressively seek to attract new, diversified business and work opportunities to ensure Bisbee remains resilient during future economic shifts.
